Recruitment Administrator 

Location: Totton (SO40)                                                 

Position: Temporary contract

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to work closely with team of consultants to help provide an efficient recruitment service to businesses in and around Southampton. This is an entry level temporary position, with the possibility of the permanent contract for the right candidate. This role would suit someone interested in working in Recruitment or Sales.
 
Personal Specification:

  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Work well independently and as part of a team

  • Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft packages

  • Enthusiastic, professional can-do attitude

  • Confident and bubbly personality

  • Previous experience in a sales/retail position would desirable
